These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of faroff.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from FarOff (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Irvine, California, USA. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Products

FarOff sells authenticated pre-owned luxury handbags and wallets online. Every item is inspected and authenticated in-house by our team before it is listed and again before it ships. Products are pre-owned and are sold as described and photographed, with a condition grade assigned by our team. Because items are pre-owned and one-of-a-kind, inventory is limited and availability cannot be guaranteed.

FarOff is an independent resale business and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the brands whose products we sell. Brand names are used only to identify the products.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We accept the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is shipped.

3. Order Acceptance, Cancellation, and Refunds

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. We may cancel an order and issue a refund if an item is unavailable or fails its final authentication check. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Returns

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim.
