Every item offered at FarOff is carefully reviewed by our professional authentication team before it is listed for sale.

Our multi-point inspection includes:

• Materials – We examine the quality, texture, and aging of leathers, canvases, hardware, and linings to confirm they are consistent with each brand’s standards.
• Craftsmanship – We review stitching, edge finishing, alignment, and construction details that distinguish genuine pieces.
• Serial numbers and stamps – We verify date codes, serial numbers, heat stamps, and brand markings for correct format, placement, and period accuracy.
• Condition grading – Each item is carefully graded for condition, and any signs of wear are clearly noted so you know exactly what to expect.
