What is FarOff?

FarOff is an independent online reseller of authenticated pre-owned designer bags, wallets and small accessories, based in Irvine, California. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands we sell.

Which brands does FarOff sell?

Our inventory changes constantly and includes Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Prada, Fendi, Celine, Burberry, Salvatore Ferragamo, Bottega Veneta, Vivienne Westwood, Loewe, Balenciaga and Dior. See everything available now.

How much do pieces cost?

Most pieces are priced under $500, and designer wallets make up most of our inventory. Each listing shows the price of that exact piece in US dollars.

Are FarOff's items authentic?

Every item is inspected before it is listed. We check materials, craftsmanship, serial numbers and stamps, and items that do not pass are never listed. Read our authentication process.

If a recognized third-party authenticator shows that an item you bought from us is not authentic, contact us and we will refund the full purchase price, including shipping. This guarantee is not limited to the 30-day return window.

What do the condition grades mean?

Each piece is graded New / Unused, Excellent, Very Good, Good or Fair, and wear is described and photographed. See the condition guide.

Is the item in the photos the one I will receive?

Yes. Product photos show the exact piece you will receive, and almost every piece is one of a kind. Everything we sell is already in our possession.

How much is shipping?

Orders of $100 or more ship free worldwide. US orders under $100 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout, starting at $4.90. We also ship to 27 countries; under $100, rates are calculated at checkout, and import duties and taxes may apply. Every order is tracked. Read the shipping policy.

How fast do orders ship?

We ship every other business day, so most orders leave within two business days of purchase.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can return an order within 30 days of delivery for a refund, and return postage is on us. Items should come back in the condition you received them. Read the refund policy.
